Dr. David D'Souza MD, CCFP, DCAPM
is a chronic pain and addictions specialist. He completed his medical degree from the University of Ottawa and residency training at the Queen's University. He completed a fellowship at the University of Calgary, and has received numerous post-graduate certifications internationally. He has more than two years experience in chronic pain and addictions. He is also an assistant professor at Queen's University.
Dr. Mark D'Souza MD, CCFP(EM), DCAPM
is a chronic pain and addictions specialist, and emergency room physician. He completed his doctor of medicine degree at Queen's University and has received 60+ awards with several being the highest achievements in Canada. He has more than six years of experience in the ER, and two years in chronic pain and addictions. He is also a professor at Queen's University.
Dr. Wilfrid Chan MD, CCFP
Completed his medical degree from the University of Manitoba and residency training at Queen's University, in the Oshawa/Bowmanville site at the Lakeridge Hospitals. During his residency, he has worked with multiple pain and addictions specialists, and would like to continue to serve the community in these areas as part of his practice. He is fluent in Cantonese, amd is also able to understand Mandarin.
